When Jotform rather than Google Forms

Reach for it when the form has to do something a Google Form cannot: conditional questions, signatures, payments, file uploads with real limits, or a layout that has to look like your organisation produced it. For a plain three-question fault report, either will do, and the one your team already uses is the right answer.
